If it is easier for you to collect from us then that is not a problem. We can arrange for this to happen when your order is complete and ready for processing. The collection option can be selected on checkout.
Yes, we do post most of our products. So far, we do not post our large family frame as this frame is so large we do not have a courier to have this delivered without the possibility of it being damaged, so we will deliver this directly to your door or you can collect from us. Please note, the large family frame is available for purchase to customers living in Dublin ONLY. If you are wanting to collect this item then the above condition does not apply.

Once the order has been confirmed, we will endeavour to have the item ready and shipped within 3 - 5 working days. For any bespoke frames, the order lead time will be advised during consultation.

Yes, however please be aware that extra costs will be incurred to reflect UK/International shipping rates. We would recommend Registered Mail outsode of Ireland so you can track you order, we will discuss this option with you at confirmation stage (please note an extra charge may be incurred).
Currently there are 7 frame colors to choose from. (White, Black, Medium Brown, Dark Brown, Birch Effect, Oak Effect & Grey) - These are available to select at checkout.
Yes. If requested we can prepare you’re item and forward a picture to you to ensure your fully satisfied prior to construction. Please be aware, once final approval has been obtained from our customers there will be no further changes to the bespoke design.
What happens if my order is damaged?
We want to ensure that you have the best possible customer service experience and make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If however your item is damaged during transit we would ask that you please contact us at your earliest convenience with a picture of the item so we can see where the damage is, this will allow us to anticipate any future issues we may have for delivery of that item. We will also discuss a number of options with you which will include replacement of the order or a full/partial refund.
